- How long does delivery take?
We prepare every order with care, usually within 2 working days.

- Other Egyptian governorates: 4–7 business days
- Same-day shipping: Cairo & Giza only (within serviceable areas)
- International orders: up to 10 business days
No deliveries on Fridays or public holidays.

- What should I know about Same-Day Shipping?
Same-day service is available in Cairo and Giza for selected areas.
If your location is covered, place your order before 1 PM to receive it between 6–10 PM.
Orders placed after 1 PM arrive the next day, within the same time window.
Fridays and holidays are not business days.
- How can I track my order?
You can follow your order through our Track Your Order page.
Your fulfillment email also includes a unique tracking link and number.
- Can I edit or cancel my order?
Yes. You may modify or cancel your order using the button at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Once the order is fulfilled, simply reply to the fulfillment email, and our team will handle the rest.
- Can I open the package before accepting it?
Not at this stage. Orders must be accepted sealed by the courier.
